The main goal is to eat everything before the next week's box arrives. This isn't difficult at all in terms of absolute quantity, although I'm still working on getting creative with the carrots.
I currently have most of last week's garlic still (despite putting it in something every dinner), but garlic is right out for the family get-together since my dad can't stand it. The apricots are so ripe they have to be dealt with tonight, so they're going to be dessert. The beans will keep least well, so they'll go tomorrow evening. The cukes will go into a salad sometime this weekend. I may see if there's something amusing I can do over the grill with the carrots and beets on Saturday while the planned pork roast is rotating on the rotisserie. The crookneck can pretty much go anywhere. And since I have cabbage, maybe I'll pull some of the carrots for coleslaw again.
