Huh, you're right, I failed to mention that in my post. I do have disabled characters in the stories though. If you discount magically-induced or -cured disabilities (like Hennis Lutoz's plot-relevant muteness at the end of Daughter of Mystery, and a miraculous healing of disease-caused deafness in The Mystic Marriage) there are references to Iannipirt's slight lameness from a war injury, and a somewhat vague physical condition that kept Charul Pertinek from joining the army in his youth. One of the major non-POV characters in Floodtide will have a significant physical disability.

I think I may not have mentioned the category in my introduction above because I wasn't thinking of it as something I needed to consciously work on.
