That part about writing enough to cause people to want to be your friend actually does kina work. While we had met at SCA events before I found LJ, and I did like what I saw of you in person, our paths didn't cross enough to feel like I had really gotten to know you. It wasn't till after I left the Kingdom and then discovered LJ that I began to get to know you enough to feel like you are a friend and not just a cool person I met in passing. I for one, thank you for spending so musc of your time writing, because I value that connection, even though I live too far away to see you in person very often. I hope we get to see one anothet when you come over to Finland, and I encourage you to also visit me up here in Northern Sweden and make it to at least one SCA event in Drachenwald while you are on this side of the ocean. Most event stewards over here would love to have you do a workshop or lecture.
