I read it, and I confess I didn't care if it EVER had a plot...I guess I have a weakness for "getting the band together" stories after years of fanfiction.
The book has many things that are going to be many people's catnip. I always try to write my reviews in a way that those people can tell they'll love the book more than I did. (And I did *like* it.)
